Basic Troubleshooting
This table is only a guide to aid you in getting your scooter operating, should you have any problems. If you are unable to
get your scooter operating, please contact your authorised Scooterpac Dealer.

Scooter does not move

Key switch is not “ON”?

Brake release lever in
“Freewheel Mode”

Charger connected to outlet

Battery power low

Scooter shuts down to conserve
battery

Controller error

Turn key switch to “ON”

Place lever in “Drive Mode”

Disconnect charger

Recharge battery

Turn key switch “OFF”, then “ON”

Range is less than expected

Charging too infrequently

Defective or worn out battery

Cold weather reduces battery

Charge scooter more often

Load test batteries. If necessary,

recharge
