PREVENT GREASE FIRE
• Clean the BBQ regularly to avoid grease fires. Always, remove residues of
grease and food after the BBQ has been used.
LACK OF MAINTENANCE MAY RESULT IN A GREASE FIRE
BECAUSE OLD FAT AND GREASE TAKES FIRE WHEN IT REACHES
HIGH TEMPERATURES.
IN CASE OF GREASE FIRE
In case of grease fire, close the gas supply and disconnect the controller.
Leave the lid open and wait until the fire goes off by itself.
