10. WARRANTY 

 

10.1.General conditions 

 

F.B.I.  Srl  guarantees  the  product  mentioned  in  this  manual  for  a  period  of  24  (twenty-four) 
months from the date of delivery. 
The warranty is valid for the above mentioned period and only for the parts that will have defect 
of design or defective material. 
Complaints have to be sent directly to F.B.I. Srl mentioning the reason of the defect. 
F.B.I. Srl will give you further instructions for repairing or replacing the complained parts, free of 
charge. 
Any transport expenses will be covered by the customer. 

 

 
 
 

10.2. Limitations 
 

F.B.I. Srl  is not and will not responsible for: 

  Improper use of the oven 

  A use against the national and/or International regulations in force 

  Improper or wrong connection 

  Bad fault on maintenance 

  Unauthorized modifications and/or services 

  Use of non-original spare parts or non-specific components 

  Inobservance of the instructions, also only partially
