Solving pedal power supply problems

If you have a problem with your pedal power supply, please consult the troubleshooting 
section for possible solutions. If, after consulting this section, the problem remains 
unresolved, please contact your dealer for more information and/or help.

This troubleshooting section contains information on how to solve the most common pedal 
power supply problems, but it does not and cannot cover every eventuality. It is possible 
that you won't find your problem, cause and solution in this section due to differences 
between various connecting devices.

Problem

Device will not turn on, 
pedals do not work

Power adapter not 
connected properly

Make sure that the power 
cable is connected properly 
and plugged into an active 
mains socket.

Mains socket not switched 
on

Check that the mains socket 
is active and switched on, if 
necessary.

Adapter is defective

If the adapter appears to be 
defective, contact your 
dealer.

LEDs do not light up

LEDs switched off

Use the switch to turn the 
LEDs on if you want to see 
the indicators

The device is not switched 
on

Connect the device to an 
active mains socket using 
the included power cable.

There is audible interference
(hum) 

Disruptive pedal, disruptive 
cable

Change the cables and 
pedals to find out where the 
interference is coming from 
and take appropriate action. 

Pedal does not work

Cable not connected 
properly

Make sure the output cable 
is connected properly to the
