Lift to View

To bring the band display to life every time you lift your wrist, turn on Lift to
View.

Sedentary Alert

Sedentary Alert will notify the user if he/she has been inactive for a certain
amount of time. Tap Sedentary Alert, set a start time and end time between
which the band should notify you. If an interval is set for 180 minutes, band will
notify you if you are inactive for the 180 minutes.
