calibration.

Diffraction efficiency
Put the detection diode on the direct beam (A position). Use an amplitude spectrum with a width
of 100
nm
. Extend the signal to cover the full range of delays, by adjusting the second order phase
coefficient. Use the full power.
Observe the drop of signal on the scope. The maximum drop should be at least 50% for a laser
source of bandwidth smaller than 100
nm
.
