CONNECTION
The best results will be achieved by connecting the tool through the air regulator and
setting the pressure to 6.2 Bar. The power cord should have a minimum internal diameter
of 8 mm. Recommended 10mm. The tool should be connected by a set of filters of at least
40 microns and a compressed air lubricator. If you do not have an air preparation unit you
will definitely shorten tool life and lose the warranty.
Why? Because of the poorly prepared compressed air due to its chemical and physical
properties, it causes: Sulfuric acid formation, blistering, corrosion, rotor blades, device
blurring, non-ergonomic tool operation, and power loss.
The most important is the oil!
Without proper dosing from a pneumatic grease gun, you will cause a seizure of the
device if the lubrication is too weak. And in the case of too much excessive oil outlet
together with air or sticking blades to the rotor instead of the tool wall.
COMPRESSOR EFFICIENCY.
To work properly with a pneumatic tool without over-compressing the compressor, you
must obtain a compressor with a capacity of at least 50% greater than the air
consumption given in the tool specifications.
WORKING WITH THE DEVICE
Turning on the tool is by pushing in the direction of the lever body, the tool starts working
immediately. Turn off the key by releasing the lever according to the load, the tool can
stop immediately or after a few seconds. Change the torque by turning the adjustment to
the left or right and changing the direction of rotation by pressing the adjustment from left
