2. Features
With manual creasing machine FASTBIND Creaser C400 you can prepare a
cover to use with thermal binding machine.
FASTBIND Creaser C400 allows to make four scores up to 400 mm long using
paper or cardboard up to 1.3 mm without 1.3 ìì readjusting the machine.

3. How the machine works

To perform creasing the handle goes from basic lower into working upper position.

4. Installation

The machine uses tension of the string to perform the creasing.

Manual creasing machine FASTBIND Creaser C400 is delivered to the customer with the
handle taken apart. 

Assemble the handle to the creasing mechanism with two screws 

IMPORTANT!

(fig. 2).

5. Adjusting the machine to make four scores

 IMPORTANT! Do not push handle up.

5.1.Measure the size of the sheet.

5.2.Adjust guide 5B to the size of the front cover.

5.3.Adjust guide 5A to the size of the back cover.

5.4.Tighten the clamping screws (6) of the guides 5A and 5B.

5.5.Move handle (3) into the lower position.

5.6.Insert a sheet of cardboard and align it agains the upper part of guide 5Â.

5.7.Move handle (3) into the upper position.
