
7. SELECT THE BENDING DIE
you want to use.
They range from ½” to 6” in diameter.
8. SELECT FROM THREE DIFFERENT BENDING POSTS
depending on the bending die and the
size of the material you are bending.
9. ADJUST SUPPORT ROLLER
Place the material to be bent in-line (parallel) to the table. Loosen
the large allen head bolt and move the support roller forward so it touches the material. Tighten
bolt to secure in this position.
The large post on the left bolts to the table in four different
positions. It is held in place with a 1” allen head bolt in one of
two threaded holes on the table. It can be rotated to two
different positions per hole. For smaller material there are also
three smaller 5/8” threaded holes in the table to use with either
an adjustable sliding post or a 1” or 1-1/2” diameter solid post.
Select the bending post type and position that gives just enough
space between the post and material so the table will rotate
freely back to the starting point after a bend is made.
