OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Plug appliance into the correct power source.
2. Select the heat and airflow desired by using the heat/speed controls:
- Position 0: Low temperature for gentle drying.
- Position I: Medium airflow and temperature for moderate drying time.
- Position II: High airflow and temperature for very quick drying and
high
heat.
- Hold Cold Shot button if desired.
3. After use, switch off the dryer by moving the speed switch to the 0
position before unplugging from the power supply.
4. Do not pull the cord; grasp the plug to unplug the appliance.
MAINTENANCE
Your appliance is virtually maintenance free. No lubrication is needed. Keep
heated surfaces clean and free of dust, dirt, and hair spray. If cleaning becomes
necessary, disconnect the appliance from the power source and wipe the exterior
with a damp cloth. If the cord becomes twisted, untwist prior to use.
Electrical converters
CANNOT
be used.
If any malfunction occurs, do not attempt to repair the tool yourself.

GROUND INSTRUCTIONS, SERVICING OF DOUBLE-INSULATED
APPLIANCES
In a double-insulated appliance, two systems of insulation are provided instead
of grounding. No grounding means is provided on a double-insulated appliance,
nor should a means for grounding be added to the appliance. Servicing a
double-insulated appliance requires extreme care and knowledge of the system
and should be done only by a qualified service personnel. Replacement parts
for a double-insulated appliance must be identical to the parts they replace. A
double-insulated appliance is marked with the words “DOUBLE INSULATION or
DOUBLE INSULATED.” The symbol within a square may also be marked
on the appliance.
