READ THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Thank you for purchasing this all purpose dump 

cart. When properly assembled and maintained, 

this product will provide years of reliable service. 

These instructions include helpful hints and important 

information needed to safely assemble and properly 

maintain the cart. Please read these instructions 

before

 you begin.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• 

Do not

 load your cart with more than 440 pounds.

• 

Do not

 use the tipping/dumping feature of the all 

purpose dump cart with more than a 220 pound 

payload. 

• 

This cart is not a toy

Do not

 allow children to use 

the cart. 

Never

 allow riders in the cart tub.

• 

Do not

 use on inclines; cart may tip or roll away.

• 

Always

 distribute payload evenly over the surface 

of the tub.

•  Inflate the tires to the proper level as indicated on 

the tires. Inflate the tires with air only. 

Never

 use a 

flammable gas to inflate the tires

• 

Do not

 use the cart if any part is broken or 

damaged.

• 

Always

 replace missing or broken parts 

immediately.

• 

Never

 stand on or in the cart.

• 

Do not

 load any items on the top edges of the 

plastic tub.

• 

Never

 attach this all purpose dump cart to or pull it 

with a lawn tractor or other motorized vehicle. 

It is 

not designed for road use. 

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

•  Periodically check fasteners to make sure they are in 

place and tight.

•  Clean the

 

cart using water and mild soap. Rinse with 

water sprayed from a garden hose. (Tip the tub to 

allow the water to drain out after washing.)

•  Check the tire pressure and adjust to recommended 

pressure if needed. Check load rating.

•  Lubricate the steering linkage with a light-weight oil 

if needed. Slightly loosen mounting bolts as needed 

if steering is too stiff. THE THREADS OF THE 

SHOULDER BOLTS MUST REMAIN WITHIN THE 

LOCKING COLLAR OF THE LOCKNUTS. DO NOT 

LOOSEN THE BOLTS TOO MUCH. DOING SO 

WILL CAUSE EXCESS PLAY IN THE FRONT AXLE 

JOINTS. 

REQUIRED TOOLS

The following list identifies the main tools needed for 

assembly. 

Two (2) people are recommended to assemble 

the cart

.

•  Screwdrivers (straight and Phillips) and pliers 

(adjustable or needle nose)

•  Metric and standard wrenches and/or a socket and 

ratchet set

UNPACK AND IDENTIFY PARTS

The following steps will help ensure that you have all the  

necessary parts before you begin to assemble.
1.  Unpack the contents of the shipment and place 

where you can easily inventory the parts. 

Compare 

the shipped parts with those shown at the bottom of 

each page of these instructions.

2.  If anything is missing or you have questions, contact 

customer service.
