Assembly - Round Bale Carrier 2400

BASE GROUP

Installing The Taillight Assembly

Assemble the main frame on a flat level surface.

NOTE: The following images throughout the

assembly section of this manual may not
show your exact round bale carrier
components as they appear but the procedure
is correct for all 2400 Round Bale Carriers.

NOTE: Support stands approximately 36 inches

(914.4 mm) high equipped with rotating
casters / wheels are recommended when
assembling the main frame of the bale carrier.

Align the inner light bracket (Item 1) with the top of the
mount (Item 2) 

[Figure 3]

 on the right rear side of the

carrier frame.

Install two 1/2” x 2” bolts (Item 3) 

[Figure 3]

 down

through the inner light bracket and carrier mount. Install
one 1/2” flat washer and 1/2” locknut on each bolt.
Tighten bolts and locknuts.

Repeat procedure for LH inner light bracket.

•

DO NOT permit bystanders to be in the work area
when lowering, raising or folding wing.

•

DO NOT work under suspended parts.

•

Keep away from moving parts.

•

Always use lifting devices / vehicles, chains or
straps of adequate size and strength when
unloading and assembling the bale carrier
components.

AVOID INJURY OR DEATH

Keep fingers and hands out of pinch points when
assembling the equipment.

Always use chains, straps and lifting devices that
are in good condition and of adequate size to lift the
bale carrier components.
