Remove the bowl from the clamping 

plate. Remove some food, shake the 

bowl to redistribute the ingredients 

and then restart cycle. Turn and 

hold the speed control knob 

counterclockwise to the P position for 

a few seconds and then release it in 

order to break up large parts. Repeat 

until desired result is reached
