TROUBLE SHOOTING

Symptom

Possible Solution

Wobbles

- Make sure that all the screws securing the blades are securely fasten

- Make sure that all the blades are align properly

- If you installed more than one fan, make sure that they are not too close to each

other (minimum 2 meters apart)

- If the blade is damaged, call up the service center for a replacement but there

will be charges incur if found not due to manufacturing fault

Noisy

- Check all the mounting, if loose, tighten

It jerk upon start-up

- This is normal as it is power by a 3 phase brush-less DC motor, It won’t affect

the performance

No Airflow

- Make sure that it is not in reverse mode

It won’t start

- Make sure that all the wires are securely connected

- Check circuit breaker

- Occasionally the power supply maybe over or lower than 240V, this fan is

equipped with a protection circuit that will cut off power supply if the power

supply is lower than 140V or exceeded 270V for more than 5 second. To restart,

turn the switch off to reset

During High Speed,

the fan turning fast

and then slow

- This is normal as the motor is not only protected by Voltage regulator, it is also

protected by an additional thermal sensor where it will limit the motor

temperature from rising to more than 75 degree Celsius. It is to prevent the motor

from damage due to high temperature.
