Operation Guide
There are two ways to check the IP address of i10 and i10S series, via DSS key and via IP Scanner
tool. Please check the following steps for detail.
2.1.
Check IP Address via DSS key
Step1.
Refer to the above connection diagram, connect i10 or i10S series to PoE switch.
Step2.
After the device finishes booting and gets into standby mode:
Long press the DSS key for 3 seconds, the warning tone will ring out and last for 5 seconds. Press
the DSS key once during the 5 seconds, the device will broadcast IP address after the warning tone
stops.
2.2.
Check IP Address via IPScanner
Step1.
Download IPScanner tool from Fanvil website:
https://www.fanvil.com.cn/Uploads/Marketing/Tool/IPScanner_v1.2.1.zip
Install this tool for your computer.
Step2.
Refer to the connection diagram, connect the computer and the device to the same PoE switch
with Network cable.
Step3.
Open IPScanner tool, find the record which has the same MAC address as your device, and you can
find its IP address too.
