Attach the legs (P3) into the top (P1), put spring washer (H3) and then flat washer (H2) onto bolt (H4)
then fix them into the holes as shown and using hand, tighten loosely.

Put small spring washer (H6) onto small bolt (H7). Attach the shelf (P2)
into the legs (P3). Use bolt (H7) to hand tighten loosely.
