Attach each support leg (P6) onto centre rail (P5) with 2 x bolts (H1), 

2 x small spring washers (H14), 2 x flat washers (H12) and 2 x small nuts (H15) as shown, 

then tighten with

llen key (H10) and small wrench (H13).
