COMPATIBILITY
The
UWL-400Q
is compatible with most cameras featuring a 24mm lens (or a higher focal range).
It can also be used with some cameras featuring a wider lens by zooming in to avoid a vignette.
The
UWL-400Q
includes a 52mm thread mount and can be mounted directly on 52mm threaded
housing lens ports or on lens ports featuring a different thread, by using a compatible adaptor.
The
EyeDaptor M67-F52
Lens Adaptor
is included in the box and allows mounting the lens on
housings featuring a 67mm threaded lens port.
Alternatively, the 52mm threaded adaptor mount screwed into the lens can be replaced with a
Bayonet mount (separately purchased) for quick and easy installation and removal of the lens
when used with a compatible Bayonet system (QRS).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1.
Please use the utmost care and do not use excessive force when assembling and
disassembling the lens, in order not to cause any damage to the product.
2.
Install the secure string on the lens:
a.
Using the O-ring remover, remove the two rubber bands installed on the lens
barrel.
b.
Wrap the Velcro secure strap around the lens barrel starting with the end
featuring the Velcro, having the Velcro facing out of the lens (Fig.1).
c.
Continue until the strap is wrapped around itself and the Velcro attaches (Fig.2).
d.
Install the secure string by inserting it through the lanyard loop on the Velcro
secure strap, then pulling it through itself and testing it in order to make sure it is
secure (Fig.3).

It is recommended to attach the secure string of the lens to the housing, in order to
secure it. If making use of an arm in the system, the secure string can be secured to the
arm rather than to the housing.
4.
Unscrew the rear cap of the lens until it can be removed.
