The following statement must be included with all versions of this document supplied to an OEM or integrator,
but should not be distributed to the end user.

statements
related
to

transmitter
as
show
in
this
manual.
Host
manufacturer
is
responsible
for
compliance
of
the
host
system
with

installed
with
all
other
applicable

for

system
such

is
strongly
recommended
to

for
the

when
