When the battery is running out of power, the charge indicator flashes red.
Then recharge the device. The device may heat up slightly during
charging. Do not use the device while charging, turn off the device.

Power ON/OFF
Press the ON / OFF button to turn on / off the fan and adjust the speed.
The device starts at speed 1. Each time the button is pressed, the speed
increases by one step and the corresponding LEDs light up.
0 LED = OFF
1 LED = speed 1 / low speed
2 LED = speed 2 / medium speed
3 LED = speed 3 / high speed
