Troubleshooting:
The following overview serves as an aid for quick troubleshooting. If you should be uncertain,
contact the manufacturer, the dealer or the corresponding specialist personnel. Never open the

Cleaning:
A regular cleaning of the device from impurities and dust increases the durability of the product.
Always disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning it! Never clean the appliance
wet! Optical lenses should be cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth to optimize light output.
Ventilation grilles and openings should always be cleaned of dust and dirt. Suitable compressed
air sprays are recommended for this application.
Symptom Troubleshooting
No sound
Check the USB cable for damage (cuts, kinks,
etc.).
Check the plug connection
Microphone with DAW activation or direct
monitoring activation
Microphone may need to be calibrated. Please
read the software manual of the DAW in question.
Delayed sound
Change the buffer size in the DAW settings. The
lower the number, the lower the latency. (Note:
with a low buffer size, the computer needs a
higher performance. Depending on the computer,
this can lead to higher performance losses).
