Cleaning
WARNING!
Before conducting any maintenance or cleaning, switch off and
unplug the appliance. If the mains plug is plugged in, the appli-
ance could accidentally be switched on, resulting in injuries.
ATTENTION!
Do not use any cleaning agents, abrasives or alcohol. These
damage the housing.
Clean the appliance dry only or with a moist cloth.
You can also clean the filter compartment with a moist cloth, if
required.
Clean and check the vacuum accessories such as hose, tube,
and nozzles for any clogs and wash and dry them if necessary.
Should the appliance's performance be unsatisfactory (reduced
suction, unusual noises or failure), check first if the filters are full
or dirty or if the suction paths have become clogged.
Disposal
When the appliance has reached the end of its service life, es-
pecially in the event of malfunctions, render the appliance un-
serviceable by cutting the power cord.
Dispose of the appliance in accordance with the applicable envi-
ronmental regulations for your country.
Do not dispose of electrical equipment with the household re-
fuse. Take the appliance to a central recycling facility.
The packaging of the appliance is made of recyclable materials.
Sort the packaging material and recycle accordingly.
For information about recycling, please contact your local au-
thorities or your retail dealer.
You can dispose used dust bags and filters in the household
waste system.
