Take great care when handling the blade.
Blade is very sharp.

Unplug the appliance.

Clean the bowl assembly in the dishwasher
or in water and washing up liquid. Rinse
and dry carefully.

Do not use chlorinated products ( bleach
type ).

Never place the motor unit in water or under
running water. Wipe it with a slightly damp
cloth.
