NOTE !
Your device may produce some smoke during first use. This is normal and will not occur
in your later use.
• Unlock your device by pulling the locking latch upwards.
• Open the device by pulling the handle.
• You can put some margarine / oil to the non-stick plates. This is not necessary, however,
as the plates have a non-stick surface.
• Plug in your device. When the device is plugged in, the power indicator light turns red and
the device ready light turns green. When the device reaches the appropriate temperature,
the red power indicator light turns off, only the green device ready light is on.
CAUTION!
The cooking plates and metal surfaces of your device will overheat during use. To prevent
burns, use a heat-resistant glove and turn on the device by simply touching the handle of
the device.
• Place your food on the bottom plate using a wooden or plastic spatula. Close the device
by holding the top handle.
WARNING!!
Metal kitchen utensils should not be used in the product to avoid scratching the plates.
Otherwise, the non-stick properties of the plates may be impaired.
• Food should be cooked adequately before consumption.
• When the food is cooked, lift the top cover and take it from the plate by using a kitchen
tool.
• If the food will continue to be cooked, put the top cover down again to maintain the
temperature of the plate.
• After the cooking operation is finished, turn off the machine by unplugging it.
• When the product is completely cooled, clean and leave it to dry.
• Lock the product by turning the locking latch to the closed position.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Unplug the appliance. Never immerse your appliance in water.
We recommend that you clean the appliance after each use.
