- Make sure bear foot stand on scale and feet full touch the right and left all
electrodes.
- Make sure the user profile input is full correct.
- Check whether feet skin is too dry or too wet.

Not able to connect device with measurements
go to Me page, click My device, and right top “+” to scan the available device
and select one to connect (if never success connect with any device).
Closed the APP and reopen the APP.
OR, first delete the connected device, and reconnect by My Device “+” button
find the device. (If already connected device).

Steps to delete an user:
To delete an existing user, simply select your user at the top left. Then, go to
the "Me" page at the bottom right, click on the User name and at the top right,
press the trash can to permanently delete the user.

Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic Equipment
(WEEE) requires that the appliance uses are not disposed of using
the normal municipal waste. Old appliances must be collected
separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of materials they
contain and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
The symbol of the dustbin is used on all products to remind the obligations
for separate collection. Consumers should contact their local authorities or
dealer regarding the steps to follow for the removal of their old appliance. If
you proceed with the scrapping of old equipment, be sure to render useless
what could be dangerous: disconnect the power cable flush with the device.
