BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove all packaging material. Make sure no packaging debris remains on the appliance or any
parts.
2. Check for completeness and transport damages. In case of damage or incomplete delivery, please
contact your dealer.
3. Keep the packaging for storing the appliance when not in use for an extended period of time.
4. Clean the appliance (> Cleaning and care).
SWITCHING ON/OFF
Never operate the appliance if it is empty, as this may damage it irreparably. Do not
operate the appliance for more than 1 minute at a time, after 1minute allow it to cool to
room temperature again.
Exercise extreme care when handling the blades, they are very sharp. Do not touch the
blades with bare hands! Do not allow children to get close to the blades. Never use
damaged blades. Inform other users of such dangers as well.
1. Place the base on an even, stable, clean, and dry surface. The surface should be unaffected by
splashes since these cannot always be avoided.
2. Place the blender jug on the drive unit. Make sure that three lock bars fit into 3 slots.
3. Turn the blender jug clockwise until lock into position.
Do not remove the lid until the blades have stopped moving. Danger of injury!
4. Remove the lid till you are able to lift it up and off.
Always make sure the contents in the jar are between the MIN and MAX markings to avoid
any spillage or damage.
The appliance is equipped with safety mechanism, it can only be operated if the blending
jug is properly seated.
5. Place the ingredients in the blending jug and then put on the lid.
6. Now connect the appliance to the wall outlet. Make sure that the appliance is switched off (=speed
selector set to position “0”).
Your blender will handle all blending tasks very quickly (in a few running it for too long at a
time. The appliance must not be operated for more than a minute at a time and must be
allowed to cool to room temperature before it is operated again.
7. Turn the speed selector slowly until the mixer reaches the desired speed. The speed of the blades
increases from level “1” (low) to level “2” (high).
Note: In this operating mode, you can increase the rpm by switch to pulse function. As soon as you
release the push-button again, the speed returns to the set value.
