Step one:

Unfasten
Allen head bolts
from clamps
Position Dual clamp evenly
on to roll cage, above shock reservoirs.
Slide up and down until you find a snug fit.
Fasten allen bolts securely.
May need the help of a
friend, and possibly
masking tape to prevent
marring.
Step Three:

Center,
mount and position
wheel post.
Angle wheel post to where tire
rubber rests on the cross bar
when fastened.
