7. Oil Connector - Operating method

The device should be placed in an appropriate position, adjust the height of the lifting rod to
the correct one, the rotation of the eccentric pan beneath the oil discharge outlet, unscrew the
nut at the bottom of the tank, began to fill the oil.

Open the lift rod connected to the lower ball valve, storage the oil in a proper tank.

Wait until drainer completion of the oil, then close the valve (under the ball valve), and
remove the equipment.
8. Oil Discharged- Operating method
1) Collect oil from the cup to the tank
Open the cup ball button, the transparent cup content will be discharged into the tank

2) Collect oil from the tank to the cup/bucket/container, etc

Natural drainage
：
Close the tank (elbow valve), open full the ball valve, the tank is
connected with an external air, oil discharge outlet pipe will be linked to the waste
oil collection container, open the tank, pressure in the atmosphere will be
discharged into the oil collecting container (oil drain pipe the outlet must be below
the liquid in the tank)
b)
Pressurized oil discharge
：
Shut down the pipeline ball valve ball valve and lift rod
is connected below the measuring cup, the discharge pipe hanging in the waste oil
collection container, open the bottom of the oil tank in the exhaust valve, inlet
nozzle access 1bar compressed air, the compressed air enters the tank; under the
action of the compressed air storage tank, oil will continue to be drained to the
waste oil collecting container. (the pressure inside the tank, more than 1.5bar, the
safety valve automatically opens, this time, cut off the gas source).
When discharging, please hold the bent hook or fixed line bent hook.
9. Safety Inspections

Pre-work Inspection
Every day before work, close all valves, vacuum cups and the tank, and then carefully
observe the vacuum table pointer changes, make sure each part is assembled and no leaked.
