Install the air restrictor plate, see installation manual

Install adapter 100/150 direct on top of the fire

In case of wall terminal, install adapter 100/150 before the last 

bend, incase of roof terminal just before the terminal.

In case of roof terminal (always size 100/150) install the 100/150 

adapter just before the terminal.

Is the found value X, then the installation is not possible.                                                                                               

Solution: Change the TVH or THL.
