1. DIMENSIONS

2. FITTING THE COUNTERFRAME

Dig an area according to the dimensions shown in Fig. 2.
If you wish to use signalling lights built into the ballard head, fit a
flexible sheathing with an internal diameter of 20 mm to use as a
runner for the corresponding power supply cable (Fig.3, ref.

a

).

Then fill the dug-out area with a suitable amount of cement. To ensure
proper tightness of the counterframe clamps, we recommend you use
iron U-bolts (not included), and insert as shown in Fig. 3 ref.

b

.

Before fitting the counterframe, screw the provided plugs
into the threaded inserts (Fig. 3, ref.

c

) to avoid clogging

them with the cement

Ensure that the counterframe is perfectly horizontal.

See Fig.

3. CONNECTION TO THE LED LAMP

If connection to an LED lamp is required, proceed as described below
and shown in Fig. 4.
Remove both connectors located on the lamp connection wires, and
then connect the blue wire to the positive pole of the power supply
and the brown one to the negative.
The power supply must provide 90 mA, while the nominal voltage is
24Vdc.

Once this is done, properly insulate both black wires and
the red one that will remain unused.

4. INSTALLATION

Fix the ballard to its counterframe using the 0 M2x30 screws
(included), Fig. 5 ref.

a

. Then fix the cover plate using the 8 M6x0

screws (included), Fig. 5 ref.
