5.8 LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT
RISKS
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
The gearmotor is supplied with the limit switches
already adjusted.
It is possible to work on the limit switches to adjust
the beam’s horizontal status and verticality (

This phase requires the release of the barrier.
- Performing the release manoeuvre when there is
no electrical power.
- Keep away from the moving elements inside the
box and from the coil spires.
- Do not leave the beam vertical when the barrier
is unlocked.
1. At the same time, loosen lock nut

and the screw

2. Keep the lock nut

still and manually regulate the
stop with screw

3. Block the lock nut

with the hex wrench and
tighten the screw with Allen key

.
4. Check the correct adjustment of the limit
switch. Repeat the sequence if necessary. At
the end, tighten screw
2
definitively with the
indicated torque.

Use the torque wrench to tighten to the torque shown
in the figure.
