Assembling
the
Base
Cabinet
Step
1
–
Locate
Item
#2,
3,
4,
and
5.
Lay
the
panels
on
a
flat
surface
as
shown
on
the
photo
on
the
left.
Step
2
–
With
a
ratchet
strap
dry
fit
the
panels
together
to
ensure
all
corners
are
tight
and
free
from
interference.
Note
the
cabinet
is
assembled
with
the
bottom
of
the
cabinet
facing
up
Step
3
–
Dry
fit
Item
#6
(Support
Strut)
in
the
dado
joints
as
shown
in
the
photo
on
the
left
Step
4
‐‐
Apply
Titebond #2
to
all
corners
and
support
struts.
Secure
with
ratchet
strap.
Remove
excess
glue
from
corners
both
internal
and
external.
Use
a
Ratchet
Strap
to
secure
the
panels
together.
Optional
‐‐
use
two
or
more
ratchet
straps
to
create
tighter
corners.
