Connecting Pocket Rail into the Uprights Post
(4 Pieces Included)
Insert, all the way in, the Metal Pocket Rail support
into the empty bottom slot of Pocket Rails on both
sides of the Top & Bottom Pocket Rail. (Fig. 1)
Insert both the Top & Bottom Pocket Rail all the way
into the Uprights Post. (Fig. 2 & 3)

Insert the T&G Pickets in between the Top & Bottom Pocket Rail (Fig. 4, 5)

IMPORTANT:
Use a
Square Level
for all the corners for proper leveling and alignment before doing Step 5.
Step 6
Secure Uprights Post and the Pocket Rail with 1½" Pan Head Sheet Metal Screws
Drive the Sheet Metal Screw into the
Upright Post in 3 spots (Fig. 9) then cover
the Pan Head Sheet Metal Screw head with
the Vinyl Screw Cap by tapping. (Fig. 10)
Repeat Step 6 on the remaining 3 corner of
the Uprights Post side.

Insert one Uprights Post Metal
Support into the Top Uprights Post
End Corner, make sure the corner
lip of the Uprights Post Metal
Support is facing towards the
Pocket Rail. (Fig. 8)
Using the ¾" Pan Head Metal Sheet Screw supplied, drive the
screw into the predrilled holes x 2. (Fig. 9) Repeat Step 5 on the
remaining 3 Uprights Post Top & Bottom End Corner.

Cut to Size the last T&G Picket
The last T&G Picket MUST be cut accordingly to the proper gate size (Fig. 6) before inserting this last T&G Picket
then insert the upright post. (Fig. 7)
