Screw adaptor into drain outlet on primary drain pan.
Cut PVC stub to length & glue into adaptor

Glue inlet Cross onto stub. Cross
MUST BE PLUMB.

. Open (uncapped) end of cross faces down.

Glue long end of U-Bend into bottom of Cross facing
direction required, at least 5° off center

Rotate outlet Tee in required direction and glue onto other end
of U-Bend so that Red Cap faces up
(Figure 4)

Glue condensate line from center leg of Tee to outside
building
(Figure 5)
.
6.
Check for correct operation by pouring water into top
opening of Cross
(Figure 6)
. Horizontal Red Cap must
remain in place during testing.
7.
Replace Red Cap on top of inlet Cross and seat firmly
(Figure 7)
. Red Caps are removable for cleaning and testing
only. All Caps must remain closed during normal operation of
the trap.
8.
Place brush in retaining hole on Red Cap.
9.
Attach Yellow cleaning label on air handler close to trap.

Pegue el extremo largo del doblez en U dentro del fondo
de la cruz apuntando a la dirección debida, mínimo a
5 grados del centro

Gire la T de salida en la dirección debida y péguela en
el otro extremo del doblez en U de tal modo que el tapón
rojo hacia arriba
(Figura 4)

5.
Pegue la línea de condensado desde la pata central
de la T al edificio exterior
(Figura 5)
.
6.
Revise si funciona correctamente vertiendo agua en
la abertura superior de la cruz
(Figura 6)
. El tapón rojo
horizontal debe estar cerido durante la revisionmente.
7.
Reemplace el tapón rojo en la parte superior de la cruz de
entrada y asiente firmemente
(Figura 7)
. Los tapones rojos
son removibles únicamente para realizar limpieza y pruebas.
Todos los tapones deben permanecer cerrados durante la
operación normal de la trampa.
8.
Coloque el cepillo en el agujero de retención del tapón rojo.
9.
Coloque la etiqueta de limpieza amarilla en el manipulador
de aire cerca de la trampa.
