GETTING STARTED
2.1.
Install the 1-
1/2” diameter tube plugs into ends of the 1-1/2” diameter tubes on the gate. Use a rubber
mallet to tap plugs into place until fully engaged (FIG. 1).

INSTALLING GATE ON A RAMP
3.1.
Position the gate hinge against the ramp handrail post in the desired location. Position the gate so that
the upper gate tube aligns with the upper ramp handrail tube and the edge of the hinge is flush with the
edge of the ramp handrail post.
3.2.
Use the holes in the hinge as a template and mark the locations with a pencil or similar marker. Drill
three 5/16” holes through the post at the marked locations (FIG. 2).
