ALARM INPUT SETUP
The recorder has 8 alarm inputs, at each of which an alarm can be triggered.
For example, motion sensors can be connected here.
Depending on the recorder settings, an alarm can be triggered at an output, recording started, the
recording frame rate increased and/or a warning tone emitted.

The sensor type (NO/NC) can be set individually for each input or the same for all inputs:

NC
o
Normally Closed alarm (TTL level input).
o
The signal is triggered during NC state.
ƒ
NO
o
Normally Open alarm (TTL level input).
o
The signal is triggered during NO state.
Under ALL, you can set the sensor type for all inputs at the same time. If EACH is not set here, the
settings of 1–8 are ignored.
ƒ
+: Both, alarm inputs can individually be set under 1–8 to NC or NO.
ƒ
-: Disabled, alarm inputs are deactivated.
ƒ
NC: All alarm inputs are set to NC.
ƒ
NO: All alarm inputs are set to NO.
ƒ
DEFAULT: Restores the default values at the alarm input.
