How other users can obtain their own membership
Via computer
1. Create an account.
a. Go to https://store.eyeque.com/customer/account/create/
b. Confirm your email address and login to your account
2. Purchase a membership.
a. Click on “Membership” on the left-hand side.
b. Select the “Buy” button.
c. Complete purchase.
3. Download the PVT app.
4. Login using the app.
5. You may be prompted for the serial activation number from the EyeQue device.
Via the app
1. Download and launch the PVT app on your smartphone.
2. From the login screen click on “Register” button.
3. Complete the information.
4. Confirm your email address.
5. Login and enter the device serial number.
6. A pop-up will appear indicating a membership is required.
7. Select the “Buy” button.
8. Complete the purchase process.
With a single active membership, a user can use the EyeQue PVT and/or EyeQue
VisionCheck device. You do not need to purchase a different membership to use the
other device. You may be prompted for the serial number from the EyeQue device when
launching the product-specific device for the first time. This serial number validates
that you are using a genuine EyeQue product.
Warranty information
Your EyeQue Personal Vision Tracker purchase comes with a 30-day money back
guarantee and a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. Proof of purchase from an
authorized seller (e.g.: EyeQue.com, Amazon Inc. on Amazon, EyeQue on Amazon,
Kickstarter, Indiegogo, HSN, and BestBuy.com) and serial number are required for
processing.
