The QR code creation feature allows you to generate a QR code that you can send to whomever needs to
open the electric strike plate in your absence. Click on ‘Unlock QR code’ to access this menu:
- Indicate a name to the QR code for easy identification in the future
- Check here to open the electric strike plate by presenting the QR code
- Define here how many times the QR code can be used. Activate ‘Unlimited’
for an unlimited number.
- Define here the duration of QR code validity in days/hours/minutes. This
option is useful if for example you have a friend staying with you for a week.
Activate ‘Unlimited’ for permanent validity.
- Click OK to end
- Click here to share (email, SMS or other means)
- Click here to save the QR code in your photo gallery
- Click here to delete (revoke) the QR code
Using the QR code: after reception by the user
to whom you sent the code, they can simply ring
on the intercom panel, then present the QR code
image to the camera to unlock access.
