6. Display Screen: Displays images.
7. Function Menu /Delete : In the observation mode, press this button to open the
Function Menu ( ). In the Photo browsing mode (Album), press this button to delete
photos [please refer to item (4) of Section 1.4]. This button is also used to delete videos in
the Video Play mode.
8. Preview Photos /Back : Press this button to enter or exit the preview photos mode
( ). In other modes, this button moves back or exits a programming level.
9. Charging Display Lamp : Red lamp is on when battery is charging. The lamp switches
off when charging is complete [please refer to (G) of item (1) of Section 1.4].
10. Power Supply Display Lamp : Green lamp indicates that the instrument is switched on.
11. Increase Lighting Brightness
: Eight (8) levels of brightness are available for adjustment
[please refer to (D) of item (1) of Section 1.4]. In the observation mode, this button is used
to increase brightness of illumination (auxiliary sources). Press and hold this button to
switch to the light mode [please refer to (B) of item (1) of Section 1.4]. Press this button to
stop playback in the Video Play mode. This button is also used for advanced
programming options described later.
12. Decrease Lighting Brightness
: Press this button to decrease the brightness of
illumination. Press and hold this button to switch the scene mode [please refer to ( c ) of
item (1) of Section 1.4]. This button is also used for advanced programming options
described later in this guide.
13. Rotate Lamp Left
: Rotate the lamp to the left. Press and hold this button to display the
center alignment grid on the monitor; press it again to switch it off [please refer to (J) of
item (1) of Section 1.4]. The button is also used for advanced programming steps in other
modes as described later in this guide.
14. Rotate Lamp Right : Rotate the lamp to the right. Press and hold this button to display
the ‘cross-hair’ alignment on the monitor; press it again to switch it off [please refer to (K)
of item (1) of Section 1.4]. The button is used to quickly play video forward in the Video
Play mode. This button is also used for advanced programming steps described later in
this guide.
15. Confirmation Button
: Momentary presses select special display effects in the
observation mode [please refer to (C) of item (1) of Section 1.4]. Press and hold this
button to switch on or off the display scale grid [please refer to (L) of item (1) of Section
1.4]. This button also Pauses video in the Video Play mode and confirms selections in
other modes.
16. Focus dial: Adjust the optical focus [please refer to item (1) of Section 1.3 and (E) of item
(1) of Section 1.4].
