Clean the outside only with a slightly damp cloth.
NEVER USE THIS APPLIANCE IN THE PROXIMITY OF WATER. DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE
IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
Clean the inside of the ice maker with a soft cloth soaked with warm water and vinegar,
then rinse with clean water and then drain all the water.
Wash the ice basket and ice scoop in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry.
Do not use any abrasive products or solvents.
Do not put any part of your appliance in the dishwasher.
We will not accept any responsibility for defects resulting from wrong use due to the non-
observance of the instruction manual. No guarantee claims will be accepted if the
appliance has been opened or damaged previously.

noise.
The voltage is lower/higher than

Stop the ice maker and do not
restart until the voltage is
normal.
“Add water” warning light is
ON but there is water in the
water tank.
The water pump fails.
Contact the after sales service.
The water cannot be detected;
non-mineral purified water or
distilled water may be used.
Use mineral water.
“Ice full” warning light is ON
but there is little ice in the ice
basket.
The infrared lamp may be
blocked or there are water drops
on the lamp.
Check whether the infrared
lamp is blocked, and wipe the
lamp with a soft cloth.
“Add water” & “Ice full”
warning lights turn on
simultaneously.
Ice may be jammed under the
water tray.
Remove the ice & restart the
equipment.
The ice cubes are too big or stick
together, thus the water tray is
seized.
Turn off the appliance, remove
the ice cubes & restart the
equipment.
Poor contact of the travel switch
occurs.
Contact the after sales service.
