NOTE! It is forbidden to knead dense doughs, e.g. bread dough, using
medium or high rotation speed! Maximum flour volume should not exceed
500 g. Recommended optimum rotation speed: low (1, 2).
CAUTION! When the kneading trough is not inserted properly the device
will not turn on!
NOTE! Correct selection of an agitator is important. Before turning on the
device, check if the correct agitator is selected and if it is correctly installed!
Starting operation of the device:
a)
Set the device speed at “0”, followed by plugging the device to power supply.
b)
Switch the device on.
c)
Control of the machine operation speed takes place through the rotation
speed control knob. The higher the number on the knob, the higher the
rotation speed of the device.
d)
A lower speed level will be suitable for sticky and bulky products such as bread
dough.
e)
Medium speed of the device will be suitable for e.g. mixing minced meat.
f)
Highest rotation speeds of the device will be useful for the processing of light
masses, such as whipping eggs.
g)
After completing operation of the device, turn the speed knob to “0” position.
Switch the device with the OFF/ON button. Remove the mixed ingredients.
Clean the kneading trough, agitator and protection shield thoroughly after
each use.
CAUTION! When working with the device, adjust the volume of the food
product to the machine's rotational capacity. Misguided use of speed can lead
to poor operation of the device and, consequently, to its failure.
CAUTION! Each operation of the device should not exceed 10 minutes.
CAUTION! It is forbidden to place hands into the kneading trough when the
device is working!
