SERVICE PROGRAMMING: FACTORY SETTINGS
Adjusting the steam boiler KP, KI and KD settings
If it is ever necessary to adjust the steam boiler heating algorithm follow the steps below:
1.
Enter the ‘Factory setting’ menu.
2.
When ‘Steam boiler PID setting’ is shown on the display, press
to increase temperature
and to decrease temperature. Setting will be saved when pressed the icon
and text is
white.
3.
If you want to go to main screen again press
.
4.
Repeat for ‘Steam boiler KP setting’, ‘Steam boiler KI setting’ and ‘Steam boiler KD setting’.
Pro Tip:
These settings shouldn’t be changed by the user nor the technician as they are already adjusted
by default.
Adjusting the group boilers KP, KI and KD settings
If it is ever necessary to adjust the group boilers heating algorithm follow the steps below:
1.
Enter the ‘Factory setting’ menu.
2.
When ‘Group boiler PID setting’ is shown on the display, press
to increase temperature
and to decrease temperature. Setting will be saved when pressed the icon
and text is
white.
3.
If you want to go to main screen again press
.
4.
Repeat for ‘Group boiler KP setting’, ‘Group boiler KI setting’ and ‘Group boiler KD setting’.
Pro Tip:
These settings shouldn’t be changed by the user nor the technician as they are already adjusted
by default.
Change factory settings password
To change the password to access the factory settings programming menu follow the steps below:
1.
Enter the ‘Factory setting’ menu.
2.
When ‘Change password’ is shown on the display, press
to go next character and
to
go previous character, with the
icon you forward one letter. Setting will be saved when
pressed the icon
and text is white.
3.
If restored, the password will be reset to 999 as default.

If you want to go to main screen again press
