Battery Control
After switching on the device the power supply is measured and the status of the
battery is shown with the yellow LED.
Constant light:
Battery is FULL
Flashing:
Battery is EMPTY
The yellow LED is also flashing while the device is operating, if the battery needs to
be changed.
Switching-on the device
To switch-on the device you need to turn the key a quarter turn clockwise. The
flashing of the red LED at the beginning is the box number of the device (1 flash =
box 1, etc...). After the flashing, the yellow LED should light up.
Changing the box
To change the box number, you have to hold one of the ignition buttons down, while
switching-on the device. The number of the pushed ignition button is the new box
number. The red LED should now flash, indicating the new box number.
Attention
: If you hold the “Armed 1“ and “Armed 4“ Button down while switching-on
the device the signal is sent to all boxes. The RED is flashing once for a longer time
then.
Testing
After switching on the device you can send a test signal by pushing the “Armed 1“
and “Armed 4“ Button together. When you push the first button the red LED should
start to light, and when you push the second button too, the LED is flashing once
shortly, to signal that the test signal is sent.
Igniting single channels
To arm the device you have to hold one of the “Armed“- Buttons down. The lit red
LED signals that you can ignite the single channels now.
While the “Armed“- Button is pressed, you can ignite the single channels by pushing
the “Ignite channel” buttons.
