USING THE CAR JUMP STARTER
Plug in the jump starter cable into the appropriate port on
the generator. Once plugged in the red and green lights will
be begin to flash.
Place the clamps over the appropriate terminals of the
dead car battery.
Please remember to place the positive(red) clamp first,
then the negative.
Hold down the “Factory” button on the top of the jump
starter for three seconds. The green “Start” light should
now turn solid, and the red “Error” light should not be
showing.
The generator will begin to jump start your car battery and
you may now attempt to start your car.
After 30 seconds, the jump starter will auto shut-off, and
you may disconnect the jumper cables from your battery.
Please remember to remove the negative first, then positive
connections when it's time to remove them.
Note:
The Omega 453 is able to immediately jump start cars with
2.5L car engines or smaller. For vehicles with engines
larger than 2.5 Liter, you will need to apply a quick
10-minute charge to the battery before jump starting.
