6 Errors and possible rectification

The appliance switches off during operation:
1st
Overheat protection
switch switched off the
appliance. Switch off appliance at ON/OFF switch  .
Allow appliance to cool down.
Remove
plug


Check air filter as described in sections 5.3
and 5.4 and change if necessary.
2nd
Overheat switch
switched off the
appliance again Switch off appliance at ON/OFF switch

.
Remove plug  .
Attach a FAULTY sign to the appliance.
Contact Customer Service.
The appliance switches off after 120 minutes of continuous operation:
1st
No error. The safety off
switched off the
appliance. Switch off appliance at ON/OFF switch  .
Switch on appliance again at ON/OFF switch

. The appliance is ready for operation
again.
The appliance has insufficient drying power:
1st
The recirculated air
filter
 or air filter 
is soiled.
Switch off appliance at ON/OFF switch 
Remove plug


Check air filter as described in sections 5.3
and 5.4 and change if necessary.
The timer does not run down completely when times of less than 15 minutes
are set:
1st
No error. The time
spring has a setting
tolerance. First set the time control  to a higher value
(e.g. 30 minutes) and then turn it back to the
desired time.
Should further errors occur or the rectification measures listed fail to eliminate
the error, write down the error messages displayed and contact your Customer
Service Centre for your own safety.
