The chimney fan is to be itted to the top of the chimney.
The unit features a lange with spigot to facilitate itting to (double-
walled) metal chimneys.
The lange has no efect on the chimney fan function.

Measure the internal diameter of the chimney and cut a corresponding
hole in the mineral wool mat.
Note that there must always be a minimum of 20 mm of mat
surface at any point around the circumference of the hole.

Use the screws and nuts supplied to it the angle brackets to the
bottom side of the base plate. Make sure to leave a suicient gap (2–4
mm) to the chimney wall.
Stick the screws up through the angle brackets from below into the
base plate.
Adjust the angle brackets and irmly tighten the nuts.
Position the mineral wool mat (aluminium foil side up) on top of the
chimney and it the chimney fan on top of it.
