Remove and discard the flat hairpin from under the front
frame on each side
2.
Assemble the discharge tube to the rear of the mower deck
3.
Hook the spring on the discharge tube spring bracket
4.
Rotate the deck locking pin towards the rear and pull
outward to unlock
Assembling the Deck
1. Release the deck locking pins on each side (Figure 1).
2. Roll the mower deck up to the Navigator tractor
while pushing the discharge tube down, making sure
the deck springs are located above the drive wheel
and below the console on each side.
3. Raise the seat and install the drive shaft onto the
jackshaft (Figure 2).

4. Cut the tie wraps holding the tractor push arms up
to the console. Remove the lynch pins from the
tractor push arms.
5. Align the deck push arm tubes to the tractor push
arms and push the deck rearward. Secure the push
arms with the lynch pins on left and right sides of
the unit (Figure 3).

Slide the push arm into the deck push arm tube

Secure the push pin arm with the lynch pin
6. Align the upper portion of the PTO rubber guard to
the tabs on the front of the console and secure with
a clevis pin and hairpin on each side (Figure 4).
