Setup
A.
Remove and retain the mounting pin
bracket and its hardware from the Operator
Controlled Discharge accessory assembly.
B.
Install the spacer bracket between the
Operator Controlled Discharge accessory
assembly and the mounting pin bracket using
the hardware retained in the previous step and
two 3/8-16 x 1 inch carriage bolts and 3/8 inch
nyloc nuts as shown in Figure 5. Do not fully
tighten hardware until all fit-up adjustments
have been made (see
Adjusting the Operator
Controlled Discharge Accessory
section).
8.
Insert the mounting pin into the tube welded to
the rear corner of the deck (see Figure 2 for pin
location).
9.
Pivot the assembly towards the deck. The front
pin should engage into the slot in the deck.

10.
Route the cable between the deck and the frame.
Using two velcro straps secure the cable to the
front and rear deck lift shafts as shown in Figure 7.

11.
Reinstall the floorpan.

If the front pin does not engage in the slot in the
deck or adapter, loosen or completely remove
the hardware in the gate link frame as shown in
Figure 8. Position the gate link frame so that the
front pin aligns with the slot. Reinstall hardware, if
removed, and tighten. Pivot the assembly towards
the deck and engage the front pin into the slot.

Due to manufacturing variance, the gate link
frame may not close and have complete contact
all around the discharge opening. Any gaps are to
be minimized. If the rear of the gate link frame
contacts the mower deck while rotating it towards
