button allows you to change the setup and re-evaluate the
rates.
To re-set parameters to view different results:

Press the up/down or left/right arrow keys to highlight the desired
parameter.

to display the list or select the value.

Press the up/down arrow keys to highlight the desired value.

Press the left arrow key to erase the existing value, and then use the
alphanumeric keypad to enter a value. To cancel the entry, press
