any product or part that is not Ewoo that is not covered by this guarantee. The recovery
or reinstallation of programs, data or other information is not included under this Limited
Guarantee.
This guarantee does not apply to: (a) Any accidental damage, abuse, faulty use, improper
use, or products that are not Ewoo; (b) Any damage caused by any intervention made
by any person other than Ewoo; (c) A product or part that has been modified without
the written authorisation of Ewoo; or (d) If any Ewoo serial number has been removed
or rendered illegible.
INSOFAR AS AUTHORISED BY THE LAW THIS GUARANTEE AND THE RECOURSE
OUTLINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE A SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT OF
ANY OTHER CONTRACTUAL GUARANTEES, RECOURSE, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER
WRITTEN OR VERBAL, LEGAL , EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY THE
APPLICABLE LAW, EWOO EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED GUARANTEES, INCLUDING
SPECIFICALLY MARKETING GUARANTEES AND ADAPTATION FOR A PARTICULAR USE.
IF EWOO IS NOT LEGALLY AUTHORISED TO REJECT ANY LEGAL OR IMPLIED GUARANTEE AS
A RESULT OF THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, SAID GUARANTEE, INCLUDING ANY MARKETING
GUARANTEE OR ADAPTATION TO A PARTICULAR USE, AND ANY GUARANTEE AGAINST HIDDEN
OR LATENT DEFECTS WILL BE, INSOFAR AS AUTHORISED BY LAW, LIMITED TO THE DURATION
OF THIS GUARANTEE AND THE PROVISION OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES. No
reseller, agent or salaried employee of Ewoo is authorised to modify, extend or complete
this guarantee.
INSOFAR AS AUTHORISED BY THE LAW EWOO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
SPECIFIC, ACCESSORY OR INDIRECT DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF ANY
GUARANTEE OR CONDITION OR THE TERMS OF ANY OTHER LEGAL CONCEPT, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, ANY ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED LOSS OF PROFITS
(INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS RELATED TO CONTRACTS), ANY FINANCIAL CASH LOSS,
SAVINGS, BUSINESS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITIES, CLIENTS, REPUTATION, ANY LOSS OR DIRECT
OR INDIRECT DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT OR
GOODS, ANY RECOVERY FEES, PROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCTION OF ANY PROGRAM
